Refund Policy For New Web Hosting
Accounts:
We have a 30-day money back guarantee on
all new hosting accounts. If you are not
completely satisfied with our services
within the first 30 days of your
contract, you will be given a full
refund of the contract amount excluding
setup fees or any bank charges (if any)
and if we provided you free domain name
also along with the services and you
want to have refunds the cost of domain
name from our domain pricing list will
be bear by you so in that case the
domain name regular price cost will be
deducted from the refund amount also
while you will carry up domain name
control panel and ownership of that
domain name for sure.
No refunds are available after the 30th
day or if he has violated our TOS.
Additional services such as data
transfer overages, disk space, pop
accounts, domain registration fees, etc.
are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be received in
writing as per the deadlines indicated;
regular mail, e-mail and fax
notifications are acceptable. Phone
requests will not constitute acceptance
of any cancellation.
Refund Policy For Domain Names
Registration (if not provided as free
with hosting package):
We have 4 days money back policy for new
domain names registration but
customer/resellers have to carry $1.00
USD registrar fee of deletion of domain
so in this manner for domain
registration will be partial refunds as
per terms noted here. Our registrar for
domain registration permit us deletion
of new domain names after 4 days of
registration date thus no refunds will
be available after 4 days passed for any
new domain registration. There is no
refund applicable for domain names
renewal.
Refund Policy for Renewals (Hosting)
All Renewals of web hosting contracts
will be refunded if eResellerHosting.com
is notified within the first 10 days
following the renewal date. No refunds
will be granted for notifications
received after this date.
Additional products such disk space, POP
accounts, e-mail forwarding, and
autoresponders are refundable if, within
the first 10 days following account
renewal, either of the following
conditions exists:
1.The hosting account is cancelled
2.You cancel any additional products
(disk space, POP accounts, e-mail
forwarding, and autoresponders) under
the hosting account
It is important for users to contact
eResellerHosting.com at least 5 to 10
days before the renewal date to request
non-renewal, cancellation, make any
contract length changes, and
upgrades/downgrades, etc. This will
avoid double work for the renewal
billing department and less confusion
for you. Please note that contract
length changes cannot be processed after
the renewal date has passed.
If you know in advance you do not want
to renew, you can e-mail Sales anytime
and the cancellation department can
queue the account for deletion on the
renewal date. All cancellations must be
received in writing as per the deadlines
indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax
notifications are acceptable. Phone
requests will not constitute acceptance
of any cancellation.
